Wooden Types
1.Avoid scratches on door panels/countertops with sharp objects. Keep them moisture-proof. Avoid leaving water droplets on them for extended periods to prevent moisture from seeping into the wood, which can lead to dampness, internal power short circuits, and electric shocks.
2.Use neutral cleaners or soapy water for wiping.
3.Absolutely prohibit contact with concentrated acids, alkalis, or other corrosive agents. If contact occurs, immediately clean with neutral cleaner or soapy water.
4.When cleaning lacquered/veneered door panels/countertops, use a fine-textured cleaning cloth dampened with neutral cleaning solution. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches.
5.If the indoor air is dry, place bonsai or other plants to regulate relative humidity.
6.For base cabinets with adjustable shelves, place heavy items on the bottom layer (to prevent deformation due to excessive weight), and lighter items on the upper layers.
7.Regularly maintain wooden cabinets; it is recommended to do so weekly.
Hardware Types
1.Trays and drawers on sliding tracks should not be overloaded. Keep the tracks clean and free from dirt, dust, wood shavings, and avoid contact with acids and alkalis. If contact occurs, handle it immediately.
2.Open and close drawers/trays gently to avoid excessive force, which can cause the slides to dislodge or be impacted.
3.Regularly lubricate slides/hinges to ensure smooth opening/closing and prevent rust due to moisture.
4.If locks are difficult to open, do not force them. Instead, report the issue to the supplier for diagnosis and solution.
5.Prevent scratches and contact with acids/alkalis on stainless steel logos, hangers, handles, and countertops. Avoid hanging heavy or wet items on handles. Tighten loose handles with a screwdriver.
6.Store hardware products in a dry place. Avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.
7.Keep all hardware accessories clean and dry. Wipe away water stains promptly to prevent watermarks or rust.
Marble Types
1.Daily maintenance requires wiping with a sponge dampened with cleaner.
2.To remove stains, use a degreaser and polish in circular motions according to the polishing level of the marble. Rinse, dry with a towel, and then polish the entire surface with a scouring pad to maintain its shine.
3.Handle sharp-edged objects with care or place a tablecloth underneath to prevent scratches.
4.Keep the surface dry and clean stains promptly.
5.Do not use steel wool or knives to scrub the surface.
6.Avoid heavy impacts, such as stepping, pressing, or dropping heavy objects on the surface.
7.Strictly prohibit contact with strong chemicals like paint remover, sulfuric acid, or alkaline cleaners.
8.Remove stubborn stains like ink or marker with 1000# water-abrasive paper, then wipe clean with a dry cloth and polish with marble polish or wax.
9.Severe stains or scratches can be removed with 800# water-abrasive paper followed by polishing with a polishing machine
Other Surface Care
1.Plexiglass: When the surface loses its shine due to prolonged use, apply liquid polishing wax evenly with a soft cloth (avoid alcohol or other chemical liquids).
2.Glass: Avoid using oil-based, acidic, or alkaline cleaners on glass corners, as they can loosen the glue and cause bubbling. Use glass cleaner or hire a professional cleaning service.
3.Velvet: Do not use any wet material to clean; use a small vacuum cleaner to avoid fading, discoloration, or shedding.
4.Leather: Clean with a specialized leather cleaner and apply wax after cleaning to maintain its luster. Avoid using acids, alkalis, or other chemicals.
